We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. For larger or specialty cleans, booking one to two weeks ahead is best.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $25 cancellation fee. If our team cannot access your home or the home is in significantly worse condition, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

For safety and efficiency reasons, we do not offer:

• Cleaning animal waste

• Mold removal

• Exterior cleaning (garages, patios, balconies)

• Moving heavy or delicate furniture

• Cleaning crawl spaces or attics

• Cleaning bodily fluids

• Working in homes with active pest infestations

• Dishwashing

• Full wall or ceiling cleaning

• Cleaning light fixtures above 8 feet

• Cleaning unsafe or hard-to-reach areas

Yes. For the best results, please pick up toys, laundry, and personal items, load dishes into the dishwasher, and minimize clutter on countertops and floors. This allows us to focus on thorough cleaning rather than tidying.

Yes. During summer months, the indoor temperature must be between 20–21°C (68–70°F) upon our arrival. If the temperature exceeds 23°C (73°F), service will not begin and a cancellation fee will apply.

Prices provided via our booking form are estimates and may change based on the actual condition and size of your home at the time of service.

If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your service. We’ll return to address any issues at no extra cost.

Yes. We sometimes take photos or videos for quality control and promotional purposes. Personal or identifying details will never be shown. If you prefer not to have your space photographed, please let us know before your appointment.
